    Great Friendly service, honest and polite, very helpfull, even with people with a poor credit rating, Mark Viles and Tony chambers made it a very pleasant experience indeed. thanks to all at the car shop northampton.

    Excelent alround service provided from the time I set foot on the forecourt
    all staff very approachable & knowledgable in all aspects required.

    Disapointing
    Very poor after care service
    Fault with car, no conpensation for customer expenses
    Phone calls not replied to
    Misleading
    Would not reccomoned to anyone to go to carshop

    This is the second car I have brought form the Car Shop Northampton - good knowledge & service and generally I am a happy customer - would certainly recommend to a friend.

    Great welcoming service. First saw the car on the internet which had very detailed descriptions. Would recommend a purchase from the car shop.

    Some mixed reviews here, I have to say our experience was first class !

    We were helped by "Dan the Man", nothing was too much trouble and there was no hard sell. Everyone was really friendly and it made buying a car easy instead of a chore.

    Having recently bought a car from the Car Shop i stumbled across this site. Seems like some unhappy customers, unlike myself. Car was good, service was good, tea was rubbish.     CUCUSTOMER SERVICE IS A COMPLETE JOKE. Do not waste your time going to the store you as you will be harassed by desperate salesmen from start to finish.
