This company has great rates, great service and great insurance deals. We had to queue for ages at the office at Valencia but bear in mind all the other car hire companies had no customers I wonder why ? All over great company

Carjet misinformed me about the fuel policy of the company who they passed my booking to. As a result I paid for a full tank of fuel (90 Euro's) none of which was used. Their response has been to repeatedly blame the car hire company who are, in this case, in no way at fault.

I've never had any problems with Premier CarJet car rental, and I've been using them for well over 2 years now. I have always had excellent service anywhere in the world I have used them. I would recommend them to anyone, as they offer excellent value and service. 100% guaranteed every time!

Apart from the downright wrong fuel policy, I cannot fault the company. We had a free upgrade to a Citroen Picasso and it cost us £220 (with the fuel). We got the car at Granada Airport at the Europa depot (arranged through booking on the Premier Carjet website).

There is work going on at Malaga airport and this was the cause of delay when hiring a car with Premiercarjet.
A very good car and service, and I can them recommend to others.
