We've had the Evoke 3 since it first came out so I guess about a year and a bit now.
We already had an Evoke One which was fine as an alarm clock but we wanted something more substantial for downstairs.

Received as Xmas present. Worked for 2 hours then put on standby. When turned on again showed it was picking up stations but no sound. Eventually reset to get working again. Next time turned on, no sound despite showing all stations available. Reset didn't work. No sound on FM either. I'm in good re ...

Pure Evoke 3 is as good as the Pure Pocket 2000 is bad. How both products could be produced by the same manufacturer is a mystery to me. I am very pleased with the Evoke 3 and think it worth paying the extra to get the features which the Evoke 2 does not have.

Evoke 3 from PURE is a 21st Century 'radio-cassette recorder' - with superior sound and 'no cassettes'. Recordings are made onto SD (Secure Digital) cards, like those found in digital cameras, and the unit supports cards up to 1Gb, each holding oodles of stuff.
