People people people - just because you pay a premium this doesn't ENTITLE you to a replacement phone. The clue is in the product - INSURANCE. Appalling customer service by Fonesafe Insurance. I accidentally dropped my phone and damaged the screen, which rendered the phone unusable. I tried to make a claim but was told that I was not covered as I 'hadn't taken reasonable precautions' to prevent the damage!

My N96 screen was damaged by accident, so I immediately used my old N95. I didn't contact Phonesafe CPP within 48 hours because:
1 - Up to my eyeballs.
2 - Using my N95, so in no real hurry.
3 - Couldn't afford excess payment, so would have to wait until the end of the month anyway!
