    i Just bought a 18.4" Acer laptop from PC WORLD, could not find any bag big enough to fit my laptop. The Jansport boost bag, had been just perfect. A bit costly, but definantly a good investment!!

    I think would last me few of my uni years. :-)

    The backpack I bought became faulty so I asked Epacks customer services if I could return the bag for repair/replacement.

    They refused and said I had to send it directly to Jansport.

    I called Jansport and asked for a postal address for them and they informed me that I could return the bag dire ...
