I think Bank is an amazing shop with something for everyone. The stores are very well orginised and have lots of selection. Bank do have lovely clothes but I find them difficult when it comes to returns and also reductions it seems. I recently had a birthday gift from Bank Clothing, which I liked but needed a different size. When I went to the store to get the same t-shirt in a different size I was refused. I didn't want a refund or a different item and was amazed that I couldn't just change the size.

Gift vouchers i feel should not have an expiry date, as no matter when they are cashed they still are money that the shop has had.

On returning a faulty pair of trainers to Bank Clothing in Shrewsbury I was offered a credit note but refused a refund. I asked if I could deal solely with a manager but three other members of staff seemed to insist on arguing with me. It appeared to me that there was no authority over the staff.
