DO NOT USE. Everything said in preceding reviews is correct. HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS?
My order was not delivered within the stated 5 - 10 working days and since then I have experienced their non-existant Customer Service. I have called them 7 times and left on hold for 15 minutes each ...

I couldn't agree more with the other posts. AVOID AT ALL COST. They may appear good value, but are not. customer service does not exist, average wait on the phone is 15mins, and then nothing is ever resolved. I have been waiting for items which were ordered in JULY and have still not received, after ...

Horrible horrible service.
They will process your order in no time, but any follow-up on problems is a mission. Wait times for customer service +15 minues on the phone. Did not send out a courier for pick up of parts needing to be refunded and am on the phone again.

Goods delivered damaged. Still waiting for a promised refund seven weeks later. Never answer e-mails. 20 minutes wait everytime you phone. Do not use this company.
