    Although the website does not suggest it, Furniture at Work is totally unsuited to the private customer.     After waiting 3 weeks for a chair that never arrived, I was told I could have my money back. It's been another week, and I have still not received any money. Furniture at Work customer service are very unhelpful, and that's if you can even get through.

    Furniture at Work did not deliver my order. There was no follow-up response to my enquiry regarding delivery. They clearly do not hold stock, despite suggestions to the contrary. I will be taking the matter further.
