Ordered a Eheim Aquatic Vacuum cleaner. After 3 weeks, the internals began making a grating noise then the item went completely kaput.
I returned the item for a replacement, as the one sent was inherently faulty. After a month I've had no replacment. Very Very Poor Customer service.

Ordered of zooplus a few times over the past year and have always had a very good experience. Generally cheap prices and quick delivery.

They have a customer service number quoted on their correspondence and website that doesn't appear to work, or nobody there to answer it.
