    Mobileshop.com has awful customer services and worse cashback system I have experinced. Payment due in 2 months but I have been waiting 4 months and they still can't tell me when I will get my money back.     Mobile Shop are supposed to pay each claim within 60 days: I had to wait for over 8 months! They only co-operated after I sent them a letter that had been worded for me by Trading Standards.

    Mobileshop is far superior to One Stop Phone Shop and Carphone Warehouse. I have used both these 2, and the service was rubbish.
