Having insurance with eCar or with its sister companies is complete waste of money. They just take your money and disappear. They are not replying my emails which is the only way you can communicate with them.

Just moved to ecar insurance, and now wish I had not (should have read the reviews) Their policy quotes are much cheaper and in return for this you receive a low budget service with high risks and unfair penalties attached. No Problems for first year - but then again no claims!
Windscreen claim second year - over two years on and still not sorted! they don't respond to any emails, and costs £1 per minute to call. avoid!

I also wish I had read this site before signing up wth eCar. It is easy to follow the cheapest but DONT. I would rather sell my own bodily parts than go with these. Big prob, they are internet only and they ARE internet only.
