Caveat Emptor!!
"Let the buyer beware". Where to start?
Once Moben get your signature you're pretty much at their mercy. Very poor customer support - often rude.
So called 'Kitchen Designer' was in fact a high pressure salesman who never answered his phone again once I'd signed.
Took 4 months star ...

i had a moben kitchen about 3 months ago and i am glad i did not go somewhere else the service and the fitters were excellent. we are just amazed about all those bad reviews.

Saleman quoted us 12k for Moban kitchen I advised him I was not buying on the night he then reduced his price to $5600. Asked him for a written quote and he said the only way was going through head office and they would quote me £12. I asked him for an itemized quote so I knew what was include ...

kitchen been in since 24th june 2009, tecnik range cooker dangerously hot so fair play to moben they immediately replaced it, the secon one replaced a week later at 8.45pm has the same fault and was independantly looked at by engineer who told us it was dangerous to use, supposedly told moben it was ...

Having read the reviews on various websites we were very nervous once we placed our order with Moben. These fears soon disappeared as we had a fantastic fitter and a good team of electricians and plumber/gas fitter. The kitchen took 6 days to fit and is well above average size. From start to finish we had a good experience with Moben and we are really surprised to read some of the reviews. Having said that if you consider the number of kitchens they fit each month you would expect some problems. I would have thought more people should write good reviews to give a balanced ...
