They even managed to deduct money from my cancelled debit card, disgusting. I have paid £6.99 for the month and when I said I want to cancel, it has been done straight away and I have no access to the reports for the remainder of the month I have just paid for.

i have never experinced such unhelpful staff who knew so little about their product. Good luck its taken me 3 weeks just to receive my credit report
the customer service with Equifax is trully awful, so if your wanting a quik look at your report dont hold your breath they take ages.

Impersonal, too much emphasis on flogging the much more expensive variants of the same service. The £2 report is fine if you have an IQ in double figures.
