    This agency was very proactive at finding a tenant for my property, and managed to secure a tenant within a matter of weeks. However once the tenant was found the service level deteriorated.     APPALLING! From day one the staff were not only unhelpful but ignorant for basic communication skills. The initial meeting with agent one was fine as he was friendly and new at the job.     I would never ever recommend Hunters as a letting agency. They messed us about from day one and never return our calls.     We have had so many problems with Hunters Estate Agents it's untrue. They have very regular inspections that usually occur when you at work.     The agents at Hunter Estates are quick to return your calls with answers (but it would take them days to respond to your email, if any). Had a fairly good price after some haggling with the rental, and all transactions went smoothly. Would definitely use them again!

    I would never use them again. The situation was handled very unprofessionally. The managers are very pleasant, and they deal with situations very well, unfortunately, the staff I dealt with give the feeling that they are rushed and don't have time for you.
