I've watched the interest on my Natwest Mini isa dropping consistently every month. I've placed at least £400 per month in and it's currently got about 9.5K in there... getting £4.20 return pm. Rubbish isn't it?
I'm moving my ISA and ditching them for my current account, been with them f ...

NatWest doesn't explain changes clearly. Their customer service is horrible!

The Natwest Mini Cash ISA gave a better introductory rate for new customers.
It is not as competitive as others in the market and fluctuates but mostly to a lower interest rate rather then a higher one.

In my case, when I transferred my Cash ISA to Natwest, they failed to explain that there would be a loss of interest for the time the cheque was in the post from my previous provider and then I would not start to get interest until the 2nd day after the money was cleared to my account. In effect, I ...

ISA providers tend to tempt you in with good rates, which reduce after a period. This NatWest account is no exception, with a 2% 12 month bonus. As a saver then, it is necessary to review each year and probably move the ISA to a better rate elsewhere. The receiving institution must do this for you; ...

I am sorely tempted to move everything, lock-stock-and-barrel, to another bank because of this messing around. I have been with the bank for all of my life. As a saver in childhood and the old 'District Bank' days to today. However, the last 4 weeks have been absolutely frustrating and irritating.

I have "maxed" my NatWest cash ISA for 5 years now - no problems at all, am now getting just short of £100 a month interest.

I have had a Natwest Mini cash ISA for 2 years now. I deposit money into it on a regular basis, and it is serving me well.

I would certainly recommend a Natwest Mini cash ISA, as I have had no problems whatsoever, and I am happy that my savings are steadily growing.
