ive got a new top of line sony brava so equipment isn't the problem no one can tell the differance between hd and normal sky picture quality an absolute rip off and when you complain the indian call centre (nice guy called simon!) just tell you you are in a 1 year contract.

I cancelled my subscription after about a year as the value you get just wasnt worth the £120 a year extra.

On top of this - the Sky HD box (well, all sky boxes actually) is so prone to breaking down its really annoying.

Just had Sky HD installed and all I can say is WOW, so this is what HD is all about.!!

What's impresed me the most is that even the standard def channels on sky are now much better quality so when I eventually get bored of the repeated but amazing quality HD stuff that a lot have been moaning about ...

I bought the sky hd box a year ago and I think that the box is very noisy and i have to un-plug the back cable now and then as it will freeze.
