Do not buy go motorboard. Ours broke down within two weeks, and the customer service is beyond deplorable. Bad attitude if and when you can even reach a live person, and straight up refusal to honor any warranties.
Bad choice. Dont buy it unless you want an 800 dollar paperweight.

I bought one and I had to have it shipped from France as there are no distributors in the UK (now I realize why). I took maximun care and after a few months the battery doesn't last. I only used to go to work (a few blocks away - about 15 min. walk on foot) and the range is much less than advertised ...

I also find the after service very poor. Wrote more then 5 times to manufacturer about warranty service. Received only auto replies and so far no follow up. Been waiting for response for 3 weeks. I would not recommend this product due to it's aweful after sales service. You will probably end up with ...

The Go Motorboard 2000X would have been a perfect transport (specially for commuters) if a couple of design features would be improved. It does not free wheel, as it is stated in all the advertisements, and the manual. Free wheeling means if the batteries flattened, the motor disengages, so that it ...

Have only ridden my Go Motorboard 2000X for a few weeks but it's awesome. Gets me around campus in a hurry. Easy to collapse and store. Solid construction. Speedy. Collapses down for carrying and storage. Just really glad I bought this.

I think at $800. This plank with 2 wheels and an extremely expensive battery is definitely over-priced. As a fact not many carries them. If the price drop to $300 maybe that will change. At $800 it is a joke!
