After being a loyal customer to Willie Smarts for three years, it seems that they are getting a little big for their boots. My usual stylist left, and I haven't found anyone there who matches up. They always seem to be too busy to greet you when you arrive, I ALWAYS have to wait at least 10-15 minut ...
