    Wish I had never bought the Servis M9310 (Easi Logic 1300) as the company have gone into administration. My guarantee is left useless

    rubbish, wish i had never bought a Servis M9310. powder stays in the drawer leaving a thick gunk and clothes not properly cleaned, 'quick wash' can take over 1 1/2 hours on occasion, and as for the drying cycle- don't bother; over 3 hours to dry 5 towels. i hate this machine with a passion.     This Servis M9310 (Easi Logic 1300) was a pile of junk. Worst machine I have ever had. Finally became uneconomical to repair after three years of 6 breakdowns. It took ages, was loud and I don't think the clothes were really ever fully washed.

    Bought this machine a few weeks ago and not once have I found something that's better than my old one, it says to take 38minutes for a quick wash took mine 2 hours 10 minutes I dread to think of the time when I come to the use the dryer, thank god for the sunny weather.

    Just moved into a house with this Servis M9310 washer dryer machine, it is by far the most useless piece of equipment ever produced, it will be going to the tip when I can afford a new machine.

    This Servis is the worst machine I've ever had. I bought it barely 3 years ago and it has just broken down again. Takes in hot water and drains it away without going through cycle. Won't accept any other programme e.g rinse, spin. etc. I will never buy another Servis machine.

    Used my Servis M9310 (Easi Logic 1300) machine for last 6 months.
    No problems with washer.
    Dryer takes too long.
    Have waited for over an hour to still find washing very damp.
    Dread to think of cost.
    No longer use dryer.
