Absolutely ridiculous sales men, that have no experience of satisfying a customers needs. Seems they are simply concerned with making a sale, and getting their commission.

good paperwork organisation but not enough attention to solving problems with vehicles faults which spoils the car buying experience went back twice to solve highlighted faults at first test drive.

Bought an 6 month old Vauxhall Zafira from the Ashton branch of The Car People for half the new cost - They offered me a better than expected px price for my old (rough) Astra.
