    USELESS!!!!
Totally unreliable. "Ventilate" error is the bain of every Titanium owners life. Perhaps Gaggia should have made a product recall to sort these issues out. Then again, it would have probably bankrupted the company. Oh dear, they ain't trading anymore. Not surprised.

Gaggia Titanium have a non existent helpline - don't answer phone or return messages. Quality of parts suspect. Really poor for an expensive machine.

We have had no end of problems with our Titanium machine, I wouldn't touch Gaggia again. Their UK service is useless, and they never sort out a problem, sending the machine back still not in working order. Convinced they have sent back a different machine in some cases as the parts don't fit.

Gaggia Titanium is a good looking machine but its not reliable and has spent most of the last 2 years not working.

Had the common venting problem and has already been back for repairs twice, once 3 weeks after it had just been returned.

Has brocken down again and would like to send it back for rep ...

The Gaggia Titanium Looks good on the cabinet and makes a decent lukewarm cup of coffee. Also had the "ventilate" issue, but was able to solve it after an abundant amount of research on the internet. Prior to this issue, my main complaint was that it only served a lukewarm cup of coffee, despite the ...
