USE THEM AT YOUR PERIL
A BUDGET COMPANY - A BUDGET SERVICE, OR BETTER STILL - NO SERVICE.
THEY WILL USE ANY PLOY IN THE BOOK TO CONTRADICT YOUR POLICY WHEN THE TIME ARISES.THEY ARE TRAINED WELL IN RUDENESS.
UNSAFE,UNRELIABLE,UNHELPFUL.

We broke down in London 120 miles from home to find out that our policy was not worth the paper it was written on. They are an absolute disgrace. Do not even consider using this company.

Desperate.

Totaly unhelpful when I had a problem with my car outside my home - they basically refused to help because it was a tricky job, that they claimed they wouldnt be able to solve. Even though the membership I have with them is such that they clearly should help, albeit with an excess.

This is the worst call out company. They never pay up and let you jump through hoops before they do pay out. If anyone is still stugling to get money out of them send them a money claim at https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk this is the only time they respond.

I had to use first call twice during my policy. Once in Wales my car would not start, which turned out to be a problem with the alternator. The man they sent out arrived fairly quickly (about half an hour) and fixed me up fine.

I have now been a member of first call gb for several years.

First Call are TERRIBLE. Even though I was a lone female, they left me stranded on a motorway for THREE HOURS. I would never use them again. I don't think they have a very big network of people to pick you up so that's why you end up waiting for hours on end.
