I have had Dyson DC07 for two years and it has done good on the floors, carpets. Cleans well, waste container is big enough and it tatty look seems OK. I enjoyed as a gadget however when it comes to cleaning in tight places it is not that good and you have to detatch tube and use it as classic vacum ...

The dyson dc07 vacuum is the worst I have ever used. It constantly tries to suck up the carpet and makes a screaming noise you can here 2 blocks away. You have to pull your arm out of the socket just to get it to move. The serice department wants me to drive 30 miles to see if it can be fixed. They ...

I bought my dyson dc07 about 4 years ago and for the first few weeks was very impressed. Since then we have had nothing but trouble with it, absolutely useless the biggest waste of money. Contacting the helpline was a waste of time too. I would not ever buy a dyson again nor recommend one.

I bought my Dyson DC07 yesterday. It was the only one the store had and they were not going to be getting any more. When I got it home I discovered that the accessories were missing. I called the store first but they had no idea what could have happened to them and suggested I call Dyson for a rep ...

I've had my Dyson DC07 for about 10 years now. In that time I've only ever had two problems with it. About 4 years ago the suction was very poor and it wasn't working as it had in the past. I called the Dyson help desk and they talked me through a number of tests on the machine. This enabled the man ...

The Dyson is marketed very well but gives a false impression on how effective it is. Generally not as good as other vacuums for the same price

The Dyson DC07 picks up my dogs hair with ease.
Works like a dream if properly cleaned every so often.
Customer service was great with an engineer coming out and fixing it for free when my wife broke a piece.
Has a big dust collection area.

The first DC o7 was pretty good it. I had it around 10 years! Would I buy another? Yes I would. At least it picks up well! Its heavy and very noisy and it rattles! It has been like this since I got it. It's now 5 years old and the noise is worse! I also had the bottom of the dust compartment fall a ...
