    Upgraded my Barclays account to Premier life and it has been fantastic. Trust me I am a difficult person to please because my expectations are always high. If you ever have any challenges it is becuase the customer service officer is not on top of the game. Otherwise very good.

    I think the Barclays Premier Account is fantastic, good range of benefits, 90 day travel insurance which i use alot as i travel out of the country 10 or so times a year, also lounge access and RAC is good and Ive never had a problem with Online banking or Telephone banking - polite staff.

    Barclays didn't order a debit card to go with the Premier account so ended up paying for two months of account fees. Why? Oh well I called them up twice and was told it was on its way, until finally I was told that it hadn't even been ordered... but guess what... I have to go into a bank and activat ...

    Barclays Premier account provides a superb range of services which would have totalled more than the amount you pay for the service. Great to have free access to airport lunges. Friendly team at the end of the phone. It is great to be able to phone without having to go through the normal rigmarole! ...
