There were several issues on my flights. I had a round trip flight. While on a lay over in Berlin there was a delay and after 45 minutes we were told that the luggage was not loaded yet. What can I say.. I made the mistake of flying with them with uninsured suitcase. The suitcase was lost and although they confirmed this, they did not gave the compensation they promised. Later, they gave some of the money. Just one comment if you plan to use their services, always insure your luggag ...

Stanstead / Glasgow return. Flight out OK on an old Fokker 100, except for cold coffee and bag of crisps for in-flight service. Our Air Berlin flights outward and return were on time. Free English newspaper, sweet, drink and sandwich. The staff were very polite. The seats coming back (Fokeer plane) were very comfortable, and there was plenty of leg room.

All in all, good value for money.
