    Overall I am very pleased with the Bravoska although when I took it out of the box was disappointed with the build quality (eg what appeared to be a cheap plastic insulating tray) and the instructions which are at best in poor English and not at all clear.     I was looking for a Remoska and then I found Bravoska. I then bought a Bravoska mini oven. It was cheaper and more functional.     The Bravo Bravoska mini oven is like the Remoska and similar to their Grand version. Also imported from the Czech Republic.
