Cheap and nasty router came with firmware fault that took ages to sort out. Staff helpful but difficult to understand accents most of the time. Written support better.

Bethere is the best isp ive ever used, and ive been using the internet since the 14.4k days, they offered me 24mg, and i get around 20 at night and 17 during peak, i also got a free router, 2months free broadband, free connection, and a free static ip, not bad at all.

Terrible speed issues - customer service; on hold after 22 mins, get to speak to Victor who promptly cut me off - back to No. 5 in the never ending queue. No good for games, ebay bidding or even banking - certainly would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible isp , i was promised by Be Broadband up to 16 meg, never came close , i had 5 meg and line dropped 10 times a day , useless for gaming !

Been with BE Broadband for about a year now. Came via Tisacli and Zen Internet ( 10 / 10 but expensive ). On 24 Mb pro but getting around 13 - 15 Mb which allows me to download at an average of 1.3Mbs. No download limit and I usually download between 1 - 4 Gb per day. Pays to reboot the router every ...

The broadband service from BE would be OK if you lived near an exchange. For a 24meg service I only get 1.5meg download speed.
