There were two members of staff on duty at Skipton Building Society on Saturday morning, one of which was a knew nothing of Child Trust Funds and general duties. Took over an hour to open account. I decided to open my daughters Child Trust Fund with Skipton as after being on many comparison websites Skipton had the highest rate of interest.
