Do not, ever do business with these people! They will not pay a claim whatever you do. They are totally incompetent you cannot speak to a person and its all e-mails or letters.
They also state a 48 hour service my case went to appeal and I had to wait over 5 days
You would be better off paying a bit ...

Do not, repeat NOT ever do business with these people! They will not pay a claim whatever you do. They are either totally incompetent or frauds, I suspect the latter.

You would be better off paying a bit more and getting insurance from a reputable company.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.

luckily they are a financial institution so I wrote to the FSA and ombudsman after exhausting all avenues with their horrendous (too light a word) customer service.

Ipod Touch lost and replaced within 2 days and little hastle and no one sending me from pillar to post wich is what i experienced with my phone insurer.

There are no two ways about it, forget insurance supercover are the worst company i have ever dealt with. They guarantee a 48 hour turnaround but I have been waiting 16 days so far and had my claim rejected 3 times on the basis I did not contact the police in the specified time period (24hrs). I provided proof that I had filed a report and they went off on another tangent which requires me to spend hour ...

I had dealings with Supercover and found them both proffesional and helpful. They dealt with my claim quickly and without any delay. I can only recommend them as a sound organization with helpful staff

I have just made a claim ... iPhone 3Gs ... that the wife broke .. so far not any real problems to speak of ...
But ... £50.00 excess fee instead of £25 for O2 cover ...
2 Weeks Repair quote compared to 2 Days O2 ...
Is it worth the £2 a month saving ... if you dont make a claim .. ...

The worst company ever , avoid like the plague , absolutly no good service and they must make a bomb on the the length of time in phone calls , no communication what so ever .
Read the small print about ten times as they are very crafty .
