The Sunset Beach Hotel in Negombo is a good exceptionally clean 2/3 star hotel. The resort is nothing special and tourist numbers appear to be way down since the Tsunami. The restaurant is perfectly adequate and what is on offer is fine (just remember this is 2/3 star).
