The item was listed in stock, but wasn't.Item arrived damaged and was wrong model.Huge hoo-ha about getting a refund, very slow and unhelpful. Don't bother! Very poor stock management and customer service.

I ordered from The Sharper Edge through Amazon on 25th May 2007. They sent me the wrong item. They sent it quickly, but it was still the wrong item. I emailed 3 times asking for a refund or replacement, but they never replied, so I left negative feedback on Amazon (21st June 2007). Then they replied ...
