Ordered lip gloss from this company. It arrived and it was not sealed and had leaked in the lid and was not as full as others I have purchased of the same type. It had also lost its plumping effect. Contacted them and they said that their t and c states that you must pay to return and then they may refund but don't have to. I won't be using them again.

I live in Australia, most cosmetics here are so expensive. So I stumbled onto this website and thought I might give it ago. The items on the website are really inexpensive. I would recommend for others to have a browse through their website.

I made my order on the 28th of December, 2012 and it just arrived this morning. Considering it was busy time of the year. Really happy with the delivery service. As for the packaging they individually bubble wrap each item. Everything was exactly as they described.

Just wanted to do a quick review to share a positive experience with Cosmetics4less.

Ordered some make up over a week ago, and when I received my items it was the wrong order, they sent me 4 black kohl eyeliners, when I hadn't even brought them. I have sent them a message about this, and had no reply. Wasted nearly £10 on absolutely nothing, not impressed & terrible service.

I have used this website for all my makeup needs for the best part of 2 years and have yet to find fault with their products/service. Items usually come individually wrapped in bubble wrap within the parcel, which keeps everything in tiptop condition, and items are true to their photos on the website. Fantastic low prices, speedy delivery, you would be seriously pushed to find a better makeup supplier than costmeticsforless.

I'm so happy to have stumbled across this website, the prices are amazing and the products are great quality! The brushes I bought were good quality and soft but only £5.99 for the set when usually just one of those brushes would cost that much.

The delivery was quick and cheap and came within a few days. I'm definitely recommending this site to friends and family!

Cosmetics4less have a great selection of makeup and for a cheap price. If you live outside the UK it is hard to find some of the brands they sell at that price and shipping. If I should buy a revlon foundation from usa I would have to pay aprox. 40 dollars in just shipping! No wounder why I choose cosmetics4less. Great selection, good prices, easy to order AND the package comes on time.

But for me it was when I received the package the problem started. One of the items was wrong, and I wanted to send it back and ask them to send the right item to me. I went to their website and found the contact us-form. It said that e-mails would be answered within 1 working day, so I was kind of positive about their costumer service. I wrote them- no reply for weeks. Have sent another e-mail, but have still not gotten any reply. i think this is sad because I ordered a revlon colorstay foundation, which is not sold in my country, and It is so hard to find online shops that ships to my country and/or doesn't charge 40 bucks to shipit.

Amazing choice of cosmetics, all the good brands, and the prices are sooo cheap!!.

Delivery was quick and the stuff was all beautifully packed in a box.

Website was really clear with big pics so you can see what you are buying.
