General Comments

Well, my first Loewe Xelos TV didnt work on arrival. It then took 3 weeks for a replacement - typical Loewe service!
When they work the picture is excellent. Very vivid 3-d, with excellent colours, the menu is very comprehensive even though it takes a while to sus it out.

channel change is slow and sound is quite weak.

stunning visually, top picture, poor service.
