General Comments
Well, my first Loewe Xelos TV didnt work on arrival. It then took 3 weeks for a replacement - typical Loewe service!
When they work the picture is excellent. Very vivid 3-d, with excellent colours, the menu is very comprehensive even though it takes a while to sus it out.
channel change is slow and sound is quite weak.
stunning visually, top picture, poor service.

mine is very good. i agree the sound is not the best, but picture and build quality second only to B&O. much better than the sony efforts at similar price. would recommend it to anyone, but the extras cost a fortune, price of a stand you can buy a top class dvd player!
