General Comments

The 4x lens on the Minolta Dimage S304 digital camera gives good quality results and the camera is easy to use with the ablility to take video clips. The main switch is badly positioned as it is easy to get knocked on when putting in a case. The LCD screen glares out in sunlight. When bought 6 months ago battery usage was okay, giving about 30 to 50 shots on LCD screen, now the camera is discharging itself over night and losing its settings, it's not the 1800 mAh NiH batteries (I have 3 sets) as they work okay in a Nikon Coolpix 800. The camera has been returned to Minolta under guarantee!

    My s304 seems to have the same problem. The camera (switched off) will drain the nimh's (1800) completely after 5 days (zero voltage on all 4 AA's). I now returned the camera to minolta, see what they have to say. How did Minolta react on your complaint.
