Good Points

Good online tariffs with free text messages - a legacy of Genie.

Bad Points

I can't buy anything from this site! None of the links work!

General Comments

The online tariffs at www.O2.co.uk are a fairly good deal, especially if like me you text more than talk, but this site is a nightmare. I don't know if it is just o2 teething problems, but I've found it impossible to buy anything from this site as there are broken links. This is really frustrating. Also, I am a former Genie customer and am having problems with the text messaging service on my phone (a lot of people cannot reply to me!) To make this work, I can never get through to the customer service helpline on the online service never replies to me.

Does anyone know why this is? Any suggestions very welcome!!

I have purchased Items from the site without any problem. It is quite fast and quick. Only the other day it had a free sim offer to AOL customers. I had no problems purchasing a new prepay sim. Thay also give a good deal on a new prepay phone if you use it a lot and you have been using prepay for more than 12 months. Check it out. I not come across any broken links.

I manged to get through the ordering process side of things eventually.
I am not happy that I had to have an angry conversation on the phone with a DHL operator when I refused to take a third day off work to take delivery of a so called "Next Day" parcel. Are DHL at fault here or are O2 making claims about delivery that they shouldn't. No point in mailing O2 to find out, you just get hit with a barely relevant autoresponse. Haven't even received the phone yet and already balding and not impressed.
