Falcon FN19 Raptor Mk2 Skelton. Review

Powerful, Accurate, great stock.

Breach block is poorly finished, All blued metal surfaces are very easily scratched destroying the look.

I have bought a Falcon Raptor skeleton 0.177 FAC version air rifle. Overall impression of the gun is good. It has the power and accuracy I was expecting. However handling the bolt loading mechanism feels terrible. All internal surfaces are very rough and the bolt isn't actually sliding very well. The bolt slot surface is so rough it actually grinds the brass bolt I have ordered as an accessory. Leaving permanent marks on the bolt handle.
I highly recommend to check out a particular sample in the shop before buying.

  if the bolt grinds then these is a little allen key bolt at the side that must be ajusted ,
  when done this will make the bolt slide very easy.
  
  
  the gun i shoot is a fn19 nothing special as i always shoot in the woods with it ,
  my other gun is a sharps ace , i love shooting the fn19 but can say my sharp ace wipes the floor with the fn19 in power and light weight too.
  
  
  shame the sharps air gun cannot be bought anymore
  as i would buy all the lot of them as the gun is one of the best guns i have ever shot,
  i bought it in the 80`s and would never sell not at any cost,,,,, but maybe i would is the price was right
  my ace is a .22 and is in mint condition.
