Flip design is very handy, no having to lock the keypad after each call.
Bad Points
Battery life, keypad, flip.
General Comments
The battery life is fairly naff, lasts about 2 1/2 days if left on for 15 hours a day. The keypad is absolute rubbish, you have to press each letter/number really hard (a real pain when txting). Also the letters appear very slowly and seem to be constantly trying to keep up you as you type. And of course the flip - much as I like the design, the Ericsson flips just aren't built to last. My old Motorola 8800 still has a perfect flip, but the T18 just gets weaker with every use.
