General Comments
A few months back I ordered some parts from e-buyer.
Despite the fact that everything I ordered was in stock, the first time I placed an order I recieved an e-mail a day later telling me somethig was out of stock so they would hold back the order, I canceled and tried again, this happened twice.
At last my order was accepted, and now desperate I payed for next day delivery (an extra £10), so nearly a week later I was a bit upset.
I eventually got through(after quarter of an hour) to
someone, he said that he did not know why the order had not been sent but would get it sent out that day on next day delivery, great I said, but can I have the next day delivery charge back as the order was a week late, he said no and that if we did not pay it we would have to wait another 3 days and would not be talked round.
I have other friends who have much worse e-buyer horror stories.
In short, cheap prices, rockbottom customer service.
Avoid at all costs, they will screw you
