General Comments

I seem to be having the all problems reported here on my Ericsson R380s mobile phone.
1. The paint scratches easily.
2. The touch screen constantly locks up on incoming calls making it unable to answer.
3. Every single call i mak is discconnected with in one minute.
4. Even in the middle of the city it is constantly showing no signal.
5. It runs very slowly.
6. Often fails to send SMS.
It's been in for warranty repairs for 5 weeks and now Ericsson tell me thay cannot find fault and I suppposed to live with a phone that just wont work properly.
Even though the phone has lots of features and combines PDA features with a mobile phone, it all comes to naught if it just wont work.
Rating: Dud!

Your phone's broken mate. I've got one and had none of the problems you had. First one I got was a duffer (rattled inside - salesman must have dropped it on its head) but they swapped it at the shop for my current one and it's the best WAP phone I've ever seen. Superb call handling and excellent reception. Cut and Paste is really useful between the WAP browser and the notepad. Waiting now for a Sony Ericsson P800 (the natural successor to the R380) but I'm keeping the R380 as a spare.
