Had a smashed side window in my fiesta , remember the advert, something along lines of we come to your place of work time suitable to you



Wrong



Was practically told that it would be 12 days until someone could come out ! Could drop it off if I wanted at the depot (40 miles from my house ) and collect it in 7 days



Ended up phoning a local company had it instock and done it for same price as excess without going via insurance



Don't let the adverts full you!!
