I just ticked the box to say I 'would not recommend this service to a friend'. In actual fact I wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy, its that bad!
The new-look website is cumbersome to use and that's not counting the log-in procedure (which now includes an additional page of advertising to navigate past).
It seems to take about fifty clicks to get to print a statement and then the statement has no information on it. i.e. no indication of start and end date, no opening balance shown - absolutely hopeless to use when trying to reconcile accounts. And across the top is printed 'The personal data on this statement is correct at the time of printing. This statement is not an official bank copy' - not very confidence inspiring
I have had accounts with both Halifax and Bank of Scotland for over 25 years. I am now leaving.

I have accounts with the HALIFAX and will soon be transfering them to another bank because the service received in the bank and on the telephone is rated at 1 out of 10.
