I have shopped on the internet for a few years now and never have i received a service like i have done with this little shop on ebay who in my opinion beats the huge companys hands down, twice i have ordered from these the 1st order was impeccable i could not fault it ordered a t-shirt on the thursday 05/05/11 at 4pm and i received it the next morning.On the 2nd recent order i ordered a t-shirt and a poster the t-shirt came the next day but the poster seemed to have gotten lost in the post i contacted the shop through ebay and they was very apologetic a guy called rick asked if they could look into it and got back to me within 2 hours offering me a full refund on the poster or to send another one out so i asked for another one to be sent and i received it the next day by recorded delivery now thats customer service
