Great at taking your premiums but when you have a claim they're totally disinterested. Never phone you back - you have to keep chasing them - and after going through the endless "your call is important to us".

I reckon their philosophy is 'ignore them and they'll go away'

worst company I've dealt with in 45 years!!

I had non fault claim with co operative. Refuse to return my excess £ 250.00. Legal team already closed case for liable by other driver.But, no money back. Scam !
Phone line did not pick up for more than 15 minutes.It will cost you up to £ 5.00 for one talk.No reply letter. No reply e.mail. Worst customer care ever.
