I have wriiten emailed and telephoned Hays Travel consistently since my accident in resort over 8 months ago and todate I have not received any reply. Hays agree that they should reply within a maximum of 52 days and can not state why they have not even though they agree they have received all my documentation. If I had known before booking that they really do nt care about their customers and have zero customer service I would never have booked I am still recovering and having hospital treatment following my accident. Holidays may be value for money at the time of purchase but the cost if anything goes wrong is extreme. Don't book especially if the suplier is Thomas Cook who again will just pass the buck to Hays.
