Currently into month number 6 of trying to both recoup the full sum of money for my vehicle, and to actually finally have the whole issue dealt with and closed out.

Involved in a no fault accident. Should have been an open and shut case, as the 3rd party accepted responsibility immediately.

However, this has been the most horrible experience I have ever had to deal with in all my time driving, and I wouldn't go with Elephant again if they paid me!

They passed the issue to Albany Assistance, and a personal injury claim to HBJ claims. They kept on passing the buck about between them and the third party insurer, who I shall add was a breeze to deal with compared to them, yet I still find myself out of pocket, trying to give me back my old vehicle worth 3 times less in salvage value than they are trying to give me in compensation...and basically just frustrated and angry with the whole experience.



AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
