Everthing I've seen from to website to emails to written procedures to your prompt feedback is just excellent. I am not used to such profiency, attention to detail, obvious efforts to "get it right" and what seems to me to be interest, genuine interest in providing a superior service and keeping customers with customer satisfaction. Whoever is responsible for this give them a raise please, bonuses and keep them employed!!!
