Still waiting for the order, 18 days after shipping. I think this is not your fault(but of post service), but anyway it is still a drawback in your quality of service because I think that if you hace a tracking system you should know if the package arrived correctly. It's logic to assume that you don't know this fault, because you have asked me about the order (assumingit's arrived....).
I have made a claim this morning and I hope it will be solved as soon as possible. Indeed, you seem a very good and professional site.
