“In my opinion, the service could do with improvements....”

In my opinion, the service could do with improvements. It would be nice to be spoke to in a more empathetic manner when contacted, as the whole situation is already a very stressful one. However, as it is a free service I am very grateful for just having some help with my financial problems.
