Utterly appalling! Back in April 2010 we booked a trip to visit my father in the Netherlands in October 2010. The night before we were due to leave my mother-in-law passed away. I put in a claim for a refund, and am STILL fighting it. They keep making new excuses why it is not eligible, despite TWO separate letters from the GP in support of our claim and having submitted lots of evidence. They don't check details, have no sympathy and are an utter disgrace to the Insurance World. Take my advice - don't even think of using them, I will never recommend them to anybody!
