I have had so many problems with them! They first gave me 5 different quotes and then told me it was impossable that it happened, I took out the cheapest quote with them after they told me my excess would be £350 which was the best i could find as I've only just passed, only to find out that it was actually £800!!!! When i rang to speak about it I was put on hold for 10 mins, only to be told they would ring me back the same day. Three days later I rang them, i was passed between 3 people then told that it my fault and I should of listened better! I then had to ring back to cancel the policy, he told me that I had notes on my policy so I asked what they said and he told me that they hadn't comfirmed the full amount. I'm incredably dissappointed at the way i was treated and would NOT recomend!
