“Never never go near this company I did a quote online...”

Never never go near this company I did a quote online and then spoke to advisor who when trying to finalise payment type clicked on full payment when I wished monthlt instalments I did not even take the cover out and they took money out of my card immediately I was on the phone for 3HOURS and their customer services was appalling no team leader or manager would speak to me and have had to contact my bank to enquire what to do about payment being returned into my ACCOUNT. The bank gave me instructions for this firm to return payment of my money 678.58 I cannot believe that Which has recommended this company stay CLEAR.
